Nonrefundable Booking Fee Policy for Appointments
To better manage scheduling and ensure availability for all clients, our office has implemented the following booking policy:
1. Booking Fee Requirement
All tax preparation appointments require a $25-$50 nonrefundable booking fee at the time of scheduling. This fee secures your appointment date and time.
2. Application of Fee
The $25-$50 booking fee will be applied toward your total tax preparation fees at the time of service, but is nonrefundable even if you do not file with us or complete your appointment. This fee is also nontransferable or can be applied to future appointments. If appointment is missed the fee is forfeited and will not be refunded or applied to future bookings.
3. Nonrefundable Policy
The booking fee is nonrefundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
Appointment cancellations
Missed appointments (no-shows)
Late arrivals requiring rescheduling
Non-filing or deciding not to move forward with our services
4. Rescheduling
Reschedules may require a new booking fee and is at the sole discretion of the Factzz Group of Companies.
5. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
6. Payment Methods
Booking fees must be paid in advance via approved payment methods (online payment, card, etc.) before the appointment is confirmed.
7. No Exceptions
This policy is strictly enforced to respect our team’s time and accommodate all clients efficiently.
